Business Transformation
By becoming an EBA Strategist, you will have the foundational knowledge, defined framework, actionable roadmap, and concrete access to solutions required for a successful business agility transformation.
We will explore each of the seven pillars within the proven Enterprise Business Agility℠ model, developing the skills needed to lead a transformation within each pillar. Through collective discovery brainstorming, collaborative discussions, and focused breakout sessions, you'll gain concrete solutions tailored to your specific transformation challenges.

- Design a maturity roadmap for teams (business or technology) to help them crawl, walk, run, fly with Agile Framework & Mindset
- Develop a plan to make the transformation stay/sustain
- Explore the technology agility needed to enable business agility transformation
- Design a Leadership and Culture Transformation strategy that enables the transformation of your team

Coach and Instructor
Eric is a seasoned business agility strategist, consultant, executive coach, and trainer with 30+ years working on large and complex business transformation initiatives across multiple sectors, industries. He has extensive international experience implementing, coaching and mentoring executive teams from Fortune 100 corporations across the globe.
Also served as a board member of multiple organizations; and as an Ex-Big Four consultant lead and manage large complex multi national solution implementation and transformation strategies in the technology, transportation, telecommunications, financial services and banking.
He has extensive experience working in the Latin American banking sector helping senior executives organize, prepare, and implement company wide change programs, to achieve key benefits from strategic clarity, organizational effectiveness, operational efficiency, leveraging innovation and people development to create a differentiated competitive advantage.
His passion for consulting, coaching and teaching comes from his hands-on experience in developing people and teams, which is now ingrained as a guiding principle in his company "SendoAgil" - with a renewed mission of helping his clients achieve world class strategic success.
Eric's approach to value delivery is holistic and he believes that achieving world class business outcomes require consistent adaptability, focused execution, and collective leadership. It does not happen by chance or accident; it must be intentionally designed and done.
